Attention: We are building a new RV/Boat storage building at our RV/Boat Storage location in Coldwater that will house 13 new storage units and is estimated to be completed around June 1st. We are taking reservations for these new units on a first-come first-serve basis. **Please note: Sites may be closed temporarily without notice for maintenance activities such as snow plowing and weed spraying and owner will not be responsible for any damage or injury that could occur during maintenance.
Locks
We provide cylinder locks for a $20 deposit. The deposit is refunded when lock and keys are returned.
Video Surveillance
We have video camera surveillance at all of our storage locations for added security.
